Obtaining Reports of your Caseload For you to view your caseload and compliance work that is due, the Reports function will provide information. Process Compliance Summary Action Due lists can be created to identify what compliance requirements are due. Below your CASELOAD, the buttons "Process Compliance Summary" will allow you to generate Adobe Acrobat reports. You need to have the student on your caseload as a casemanager for the student to show in the report. IEPs are marked due 45 days prior to their expiration, and Evaluations 90 day prior. Caseload Summary The "Caseload Summary" Report allows you to generate an Adobe Acrobat report showing students on your caseload and important data related to the student. For this report to be accurate, the student must have you identified as the Case Manager in the Team Members tab.  Keeping your case management list accurate is essential for accurate staffing within the district.
