Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment (MCA) Use the three buttons below to get all the information necessary for administering the MCA Tests to special education students. The MCA tests are extremely important in compliance to No Child Left Behind legislation. Thank you for you attention to the details of these assessments. When developing plans on a student IEP, use the template banks imbedded in Campus to load all the accommodations and modifications allowable by the state.  be sure EDIT the information TO THE INDIVIDUAL STUDENT.  If the student is not capable of participating in MCA/GRAD testing, the rules for who can be administered the Minnesota Test of Academic Success (MTAS) are also on Campus templates and can be added to the IEP by clicking on the appropriate method of testing in the template bank.  EDIT TO THE STUDENT. *Accommodations *Modifications There are NO modifications allowed in MCA test situations
