NONPUBLIC SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

  1. Students from nonpublic schools are typically served at the closest public school, which is decided by the transportation department.
  2. At the beginning of the school year, case managers in the public schools complete the Transportation Information for Non-Public Students form ( Jenny Croucher has this in electronic form) for all non-public students being served in that building.  These forms are sent to principals in the summer and given to Speech-Language Pathologists Opening Week.  It is recommended that one person in a building be designated to collect the information for all nonpublic students in that school..
  3. All non-public students must be transported between 9:15 AM and 1:55 PM.
  4. The completed form ( Transportation Information for Non-Public Students) is faxed to Jenny Croucher, 360 Colborne, 651-228-3626.  Jenny sets up the schedule with Transportation.
  5. If a student needs to be scheduled for transportation during the remainder of the school year, call Jenny Croucher at 651-767-8323.  She will work with Transportation.
  6. If you have questions about specific circumstances, school assignments, or specific children, call Mary Garrison at 293-8923, #116.
