How to Create a Simple PDF Document To create a new instance of a simple form, you open the Create New Form drop-down menu and click on the hyperlink associated with the desired form. In this case, a literal representation of the finished document will appear inside an Adobe Acrobat 5 editing window. Information already entered onto the SchoolExtra Campus database will be automatically placed on the form. Simply type in the missing information and click on the "Save" button at the top of the form. To print the document, click on the Adobe printer icon.
