Building Teams
 Do a search for the student. Then go to the Team Tab in Special Education.
When you click on the Find New Team Member hyperlink, three drop-down menus (Census, Classroom Teachers, and Special Education Staff) allow you to quickly associate people with an individual student’s team.

a. Census relates to the student's family members.
b. Classroom Teachers are those assigned to for instruction.
c. Special Education Staff are all service providers in the district. *Be sure to use this dropdown menu to add special education service providers to teams.

Use the "Find and Link New Team Member" to add a special education staff to the team.

If a team member cannot be located via one of the three drop-down menus, he/she can be added by clicking on the New Team Member tab. A New Team Member Detail window will appear at the bottom of the screen. Names of team members added through this feature will appear on all appropriate due process forms but will not have the student name appear under his/her case load list.
